Mr. Ryo Shimizu won a Best Poster Award of the Electro Chemical Society of Japan 2015 in the 82nd Symposium held on Mar. 15-17th, 2015. His thesis is ‘Durability evaluation and deterioration analysis for a hydrocarbon membrane in accelerated stress tests of PEFCs’. He evaluated the durability of the hydrocarbon membrane under the practical vehicle conditions and found the hydrocarbon membrane superior to the perfluorosulfonic membrane.
